The project fee varies on the requirements set by the client and the project demands. While the firm has a standard fee for regular design services, one of its goals is to deliver cost-efficient masterpieces with design artistry. The firm actively collaborates with the client to value-engineer the design, meeting the budgetary requirements while ensuring quality.
While negotiation for the project is ongoing, our Business Development Team will be the main point of contact. The team helps the client communicate his or her goals and requirements. Once an agreement has been reached and the project implementation begins, the Operations Team will be handling project-related issues, concerns, and progress reports.
The duration for the design process varies on the complexity of the project. In general, most residential and low to mid-rise projects usually take around three (3) to five (5) months to complete. The duration for construction, however, depends on the construction methodology and site condition. In general, and under ideal circumstances, construction usually takes six (6) months up to one (1) year to complete.
The goal of the initial meeting is to guide the client into freely expressing their goals and vision for the project, while serving as the venue for the initial discussion of the design brief. Further, it is the perfect chance to clear out any questions or doubts which the client may have regarding the project’s feasibility.
